Week 8 Step Back and Recuperate

You have earned a vacation. The stresses you have put on your body over the past seven weeks are intense. Your muscles have broken down; your nervous system has been taxed; your bones and joints have experienced repetitive strain. It takes time to recover from these stresses. It is critical that you use this week to step back and relax.
