Week 6 Building Speed

Even as you are training to run farther, you should also train to run faster. Regular interval training mixed in with your distance running will help you have more energy to run longer and farther.

2022 COURSE WILL BE SIMILIAR TO 2021 "THERE AND BACK AGAIN".

All packets that are not collected at the expo will be available at their respective start-lines.  Please plan to arrive at least 90 minutes before your event start. No ID is required to pickup your packet.
