Our Goal

At Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy, our goal is to not only help you recover from injuries but also to help you reduce the chance of injury and improve your overall performance.

Core stability training, also known as spinal stabilization, has been shown to help reduce the risk of injury in both high and low level athletes. The most important thing when working on core stability is finding the correct exercises so that you are safe and effective while training. We would love to help correct your form or answer any questions you might have, so please feel free to call or email us anytime!
