We believe everybody has the ability to increase their physical fitness, through running, walking, or some other means. We want to inspire you to do that. When people are active and fit, they are happier. That is good for our community and our world.

If you do not consider yourself a runner but would like to explore how walking or running could benefit your health, we can help you. Learn to set and achieve your goals no matter your current fitness level. Some of our participants have accomplished amazing things in their fitness journey.
